# Silvia Flores — Executive Search in Mexico (Alder Koten)

> Silvia Flores is Managing Partner at Alder Koten and leads retained executive search for manufacturing, supply chain, industrial sales, and maquiladora / nearshoring leadership across Mexico and the U.S.–Mexico corridor. This site is her bilingual (English / Spanish) practice site: service pages, the method Alder Koten applies, and an insights archive on industrial leadership hiring in Mexico.

Silvia brings a mechanical and industrial engineering background, hands-on operations and quality-management experience, and Demand Flow Technology (DFT) certification. She works in English and Spanish across Monterrey, the Bajío, the northern border, Guadalajara, and Mexico City. The practice is executive search only; searches follow Alder Koten's retained model and The Dynamic Fit Method.

Agent access: every page is available as Markdown. Request any page URL with `Accept: text/markdown`, or append `index.md` to the page path (for example https://www.silviaflores.info/en/index.md). Browsers and requests without that header receive HTML. Missing pages return HTTP 404 with a Markdown body for Markdown clients. English pages live under /en/, Spanish pages under /es/.
