Director of Quality Position Summary
The Director of Quality is a critical leadership role within a manufacturing company, tasked with overseeing the quality assurance and quality control departments. Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance and control standards to comply with local and international regulations, aiming for superior product quality and customer satisfaction.
Quality Management Systems Oversight:

Continuous Process Improvement:

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in quality management within the manufacturing sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, with significant experience in the Mexican manufacturing landscape.
Knowledge:
Extensive understanding of Mexican and international quality standards and regulations relevant to manufacturing.
Skills:
Demonstrated capability in leading quality management systems, with proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of fostering high-performance teams.
Language:
Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels and with external partners.
