Director of Quality Position Summary
The Director of Quality is a critical leadership role within a manufacturing company, tasked with overseeing the quality assurance and quality control departments. Continuous Process Improvement:

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications in quality management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in quality management within the manufacturing sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, with significant experience in the Mexican manufacturing landscape.
Knowledge:
Extensive understanding of Mexican and international quality standards and regulations relevant to manufacturing.
Skills:
Demonstrated capability in leading quality management systems, with proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of fostering high-performance teams.
Language:
Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of effective communication across all organizational levels and with external partners.
